Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company

Tara McArthur is originally from the beautiful gold country of Nevada City, California, where she began her dance training at a young age. She went on to receive a B.F.A. in Dance from California State University, Long Beach, where her choreography has been performed and was chosen as a finalist in the regional American College Dance Festival at University of California, Irvine. She has danced with Keith Johnson/Dancers and previously with Ririe- Woodbury as a dancer in the Alwin Nikolais repertoire, before joining full time in 2010. She currently teaches contemporary technique at Creative Arts Academy in Salt Lake City.
