RE-PLAY 

The fall performance of RE-PLAY will include the return of the physically theatrical and witty, The Bunker  by LajaMartin which was originally commissioned by the Company in 2022. This wildly amusing piece is a dance theater satire set in a research study observing six people stuck in the same space together for five years and follows each of them on their fateful journeys.

The Company will premiere Monica Bill Barnes’s It's great to be here which will include a large cast of guest dancers from Utah Valley University, Brigham Young University, Weber State University, Southern Utah University, University of Utah, and Westminster University. This piece resembles a partner dance without a partner. Dancers gesture as if to ask someone to dance and then swirl their imaginary partners into ever shifting, swirling choreography.

Rounding out the program is a world premiere by Company Artistic Director Daniel Charon.
